Right Of Revocation
We want you to be satisfied! Therefore you order without any risk at
MAIL:ORDER:KAISER: You can cancel your order in textual form or on a data
medium without any grounds within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Punctual dispatch suffices to comply with the time limit.
Please affix stamp when the value of returns is less than EUR 40
or if it is higher and you did not paid until yet.
We are unable to accept returns which are insufficiently stamped.
Please handle the consignment carefully. Items must be returned in their
original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.
Otherwise we will claim compensation for value.
Returns of CDs, Videos/DVDs or software are only possible when the
items are still originally shrink-wrapped or in case of a technical defect.

Our pricing includes german VAT, which is 7% for books and 19% for any other goods.
